I noticed that even just being locked on to can sometimes result in your input being reset, as in the lift button seems to get released and you losr all thrust/lift and just crash. I believe it's when a laggy player locks or laser locks u
I think i've also encountered to situation where being locked causes spikes. Sadly i can't prove that properly cause on playing on wifi at the moment.
