Wasted 1-Hour XP Token Due to Matchmaking and Server Issues

Hi everyone,

I want to report a frustrating issue and find out how to get my 1-hour XP token restored. I activated the token, but the matchmaking system completely wasted it.

I activated a 1-hour XP token and the game immediately put me into a match that was nearly finished, yielding almost no XP. After that match, I sat in the matchmaking queue for thirty minutes waiting for a new game to start. When it wouldn't load, I reset the game, but the next matchmaking attempt failed to start a match as well.

Because of these matchmaking loops and empty lobbies, my entire 1-hour token ticked away in menus without me actually playing a proper game.

Has anyone else successfully had their XP tokens replaced by support when matchmaking fails like this? If an EA Community Manager is reading, please let me know how I can get this looked into.
