Some of the extreme cases happening on the first few shots have been acknowledged by dice and that should be ironed out I agree.
But the mechanic itself is part of battlefields dna.

Just because its always been a part of battlefield doesnt mean anything.
Most players hate ADS bullet spread
It was a work around technique that is ancient. From the dial up 56k days.
RNG gun fights have no place in a high tense game like battlefield

Its only rng if you don't control your fire rate.

Sorry your argument that a legacy mechanic to simulate recoil, due to previous lack of early computational power(which can now be replaced with the methods I stated above) makes it DNA and therefore should stay is weak at best
