Weapon unlock requirements for KOND is 2x of next L85A3??

Stage 1 requirements 300/300 kills + 10,000 damage 2x? (no unlock??)

Stage 2 requirements 300/300 kills + 100 kills > 50 meters (actual unlock)

KOND unlocks

Stage 3 requirements (no stage 4) unlocks L85A3?? 

Why are we doing 2x the work for 1st weapon and 1/2 the work for 2nd weapon?

Why does it flash on screen as unlocked after stage 1 in game??

DICE PLS make these consistent across weapon unlocks. KOND is not unicorn!
