Weird limitations

Greetings.

This has been something, that has been bothering me since beta, but because it was in beta version still, i've let it be and told myself EA will fix this problem, it still remains tho.

I don't understand why on appearances are limitations and there is no freedom of choice.
Why am i forced to play as female on medic, or black guy as recon.

I would like to have a freedom of choice.

Please, EA, fix this problem.
