What’s the deal with

What’s the deal with low level players from like 10-70 just seeming to totally beat me at every gunfight all of a sudden. I’m a 3.65 K/D ratio not best but something is fishy with the low level players

    Was this during the "free play" week? Every "free play" event seems to bring out the hackers on mass.
