What are we doing about these false Bans
Has anyone heard anything about what they are doing to resolve this issue? We are paying a premium for this game and there has been no announcement about how they are fixing this and what the timelin...

If they do anything, it'll probably be a while.
Some users are refunding and rebuying on new steams/EAs.
Some are waiting hours to get live chats and somehow getting unbanned / unlinking the accounts to allow relinking on new one to fix the issue..
I just said screw it and bought a month of EA Pro for now. Hopefully they fix this.
EDIT - If ya wanna try to live chat with someone, open a case for compromised account. That allows you to request a live chat. Appealing a non existing ban (not displayed on our accounts) won't.
I probably will have to end up doing that. But I want to know if its an issue with a software I have or a driver. Some people are speculating it's interfering with Vanguard but there's other people who are getting banned on console. So who knows what is causing this.
