Ok, just to be clear, your post is going to be deleted or at least seriously edited. You can't go after a player sending links about their various accounts here like that. Seriously, it'd be witch hunt after witch hunt. You think they're cheating, just report them.

That's the problem. I've reported him the first time, so I was surprised to meet him again. After that I got curious. If EA took reports seriously, this wouldn't have happened maybe?

Are you serious? EA don't give a fiddlers about reported cheaters. They (maybe) hope their software catches them, but every time an anti-cheat is made, there are people out there finding workarounds. It's big business and makes lots of money.
I personally report them because it make me feel I've done something, but honestly its a waste of time; you're better just to block them.
These players are so desperate to be worshipped as great players, they'll do anything to gain popularity, including using cheats, and they pay subscriptions for them, just to come out as the best.
They ruin the game for everyone, but especially those who play at a professional level. Me, I'm just an average bloke, who wants to come on, have a bit of fun, chat with my mates; I'm pretty average, but that's okay, but it maddens me when you have players taking you out across the map with a sniper rifle with no range finder, and ending games with 80+ kills, and you look at their stats, and you just know.
EA care more about people having to wait more than 30 seconds to get into a game, than they do about the quality of the game. It's sad but true.
