What do you use for Voice Chat?

I feel that the current voice chat system is pushing players away from team play.

First of all I don't like the 2042 and BF6 in game voice system. To me it is hard to get the right settings configured to here other players.  Because of this my friends and I use Discord. So any time I am playing I have discord running but if I am in a squad with only one of my friends, 2 of us, and then we have 2 non friends join our squad, we remain in party chat and they are elsewhere maybe in discord or using the game voice. This creates the issue of we don't communicate in game with each other. I feel the current system works against creating a squad who is working together.

Team play with voice makes for a winning squad and team. Knowing where you enemy is helps win games.  The current system to me is pushing this game away from being a team player base game. 

So What do you use Discord or Game Voice??
