What happened to free battlepass and...

So when this game launched, we were supposed to be compensated with two seasons worth of free battlepass because of all the glitches and problems there were at launch. I had to use my point to access the battlepass this season. Why is that?

Also, it wants me to upgrade to pro, but I purchased pro when I bought the game. So why am I not pro anymore? I was last season, so are you guys trying to get us to buy pro every season also? If so, I will never buy another game from this company again.

So any freakin admins in this place to answer any questions? Or are we supposed to just figure it out on our own? I’m so done with BF games at this point. Been a long time customer, but y’all can suck it from here on out! Lousy customer service, cheaply made overpriced games, and nothing but headaches with glitches, bugs, lag, and hackers. No wonder it’s a dying game already.
