Where are the FOOTSTEP SOUND??!!

Constantly getting  a player.(one or a whole group) where they run around behind you and ther is NO SOUND to alert you???!! Sure you can look on your mini-map, but the minute you look there, you get shot! FIX THE NO FOOTSTEP SOUND!!!!!
