I think some challenges such as ones that limit progression of the classes should be moderate but doable in a reasonable amount of time. I think they overcorrected and made them too easy now. I think they missed their mark in a value somewhere in the middle.
For those who did do the harder grind I think should get a reward for it.
Other challenges in my opinion should be accumalative. I believe if everything is too easily obtainable it can cause people to lose interest if they complete them so quickly.
