Why are there so many weekly challenges about winning?

There are so many challenges about winning in my weekly challenge that my refresh rate is simply not enough. This is really hard for players with poor skills to accept, especially in some game modes...

The dailies/weeklies seem to try and get you to do things you don't want to do:
 * Win X games in a mode you have no interest in.
 * Get X kills with a gun you don't want to use.  

I think it's to make it harder to progress the battle pass, to encourage you to pay money to skip a chunk of the grind.  Even with the rerolls, I have at least half the weeklies I won't be doing.  I play the game the way I want, so am punished.
