The majority of your issues with the weapons comes from netcode. Put the weapons like the shotguns and sniper rifles back to their original values and work your netcode. If people are crying about the shotguns being too OP. That is your fault for making such tiny neutered maps. Make them bigger. =]

The small engagement distances on all maps do affect the weapon balance big time.&nbsp; All weapons are meant to good at different ranges but nearly all engagements in BF6, no matter the map are close quarters and coupled with no class locked weapons its making half the weapons redundant&nbsp;

Sounds about right. Playing Close Quarters modes is not a very good experience at the moment.
