Why do you hate Closed Weapons?

I'm confused about the decision to only implement 1 closed weapons playlist. Where is one for Rush and Breakthrough? Why is there not one for every game mode? I simply don't understand the open weapon bias but I would be okay with it if at least there was official support for all game modes with closed weapons.
