I'm not upset by any means. I CANT wait to try out Golmud. I hope this is their cue to look into bringing back other maps from the series. i mean Outbreak was a CTE map.
Altai Range, Hammerhead, Silk road were all vehicle maps. Then you got Bf3's armored kill and endgame with the dirt bikes and CTF.
Assuming bringing in Golmud is due to Popularity?
well at least for redsec people are already making maps out of it for multiplayer!
So, they are not affiliated and simply have an opinion. So what? I talked to a guy on the street and they said the work necessary to create and test maps has nothing to do with Portal.
Golmud is a great choice for large scale vehicle battles but I understand many like smaller infantry maps but to be fair I will take all maps, especially large scale, just my opinion (and 5 bucks gets you a coffee). No one should should complain especially those who played BF2042 where a remake of the vanilla maps were a "New Map".
