Why does EA allow this

I am at the point that I would like a refund from EA. BF6 has driven me to the point where I am actually thinking about logging myself out permanently. If it isn't the cheaters with wall hacks and aimbots then it's players like I met tonight named Raiden237X that repeatedly called me the f-word slur for gay people. I reported him, but who wants to bet EA does nothing. Or, maybe its the AI that can shoot me through walls and head target me through smoke. Yesterday EA's AI literally named its avatar bot "STOPTRYING" Is anyone fooled into thinking that EA cares about it's players at all. I found number and nearly 60% of the BF6 community is cheating so when I try to play fair all I get is destroyed over and over and over again. Not to mention that every single match I am in my team loses. In the past week I have won maybe 5-7 times and lost everything else. I have tried for a few months now to relax with this game, but the few people who dominate every single match make that impossible to the point I am thinking of logging myself out permanently. EA is a company with absolutely no integrity who uses all of us for money and then throws us away. They value and support the cheaters, and are not even trying to make a difference in that area. People should boycott EA until they learn to appreciate the player base and protect the players that are just trying to play their games in good faith. However, we all know that will never happen. I honestly don't know how a company can operate with absolutely no integrity.
