Why I can't play the game with good experience

Why do I always get put in lobby's with level 100-level 407 and never with someone that's my level or skill and I have only managed to get level 19 and I have been playing for 3 and a half weeks and why do you spend most of your time patching bot lobby then fixing bug and issues in the game the maps are to small to fly the fighter jets and the jet are why I started playing battlefield 6

You're putting a lot of disparate things in one post, but concerning the lobbies and the players levels, I think it's just an issue that this game is not attracting a lot of new players, so not many sub-level 20 people available.
Of note though, the level does not indicate someone is good. Sure, they may have played it a lot, but you get points for pretty much anything in this game, so you can be level 300+ and not be very good. Like, say, me for example.
