Why nerfing doesn't work

Every BF does this: DICE think players are only using a couple of good weapons. Despite anyone being allowed to choose any weapon from the list, DICE instead does a nerf to FORCE player to use something else.  And what will players choose? They will just move to the next meta weapon in the list. It changes nothing, players will gravitate towards the best weapon for their play style and everyone is back to using the same few weapons again.

If you truly want people to use different weapons (variety) don't nerf a few, buff the other weapons instead.

All I'm seeing now is people gravitating to LMG and SMG... how very COD.
