Why not count kills of real players in Casual?

I don't get it - for me, a kill is a kill - I liked it when it counted everything, but if they had to take out Bots,

At least count real players??? It is DISHEARTENING for millions who don't want sweaty games and want to play for fun at a casual level.

They always listen to the hardcore (the loudest) but don't seem to care for the vast majority. IF you want to be serious, have an option to include Bots or not - but at LEAST include human kills???

No, because killing real players in casual means making it a different environment under different circumstances.
Also, I'm not sure they listen to "hardcore" audience, but if they do, they do the right thing, because this is the core audience, unlike "vast majority".
