Yes, if you continue to use that name then there's a good chance that you'll be banned again, potentially permanently, and there's no system to allow you to use it without risk. I'd recommend changing it to avoid any hassle.

I volenteer here to assist with the forums, and I edited your posts as they contained personal information that shouldn't be posted on a public forum. If you have been banned already for the name and don't change it then there is a high chance that you will be banned again. Moreover, while I can't go into details due to forum rules, if you Google the full username, you should see why the ban happened. 

Well they removed the violation so I think you might be exaggerating.

At the end of the day, whether you change it or not is entirely up to you. However, you did ask whether you might be banned again, and I have explained that there is a risk.
