I want to pre-order the game but things like skill based matchmaking and lobby disbanding are such a big problem that im really unsure. also will it have a scoreboard and server browser. its so hard to find any information on any of this.

From playtesting, I can confirm:
Your squad can stay together through multiple matches. Platoons are still unknown.
Scoreboard is in. Pretty much the same design as 2042, but now accessible in-game.
Server Browser is available in Portal, but not “main” game… which is a big miss to me.

did it have any usual information like kills deaths assists, score. Or is showing the amount of deaths to insensitive again?
Not sure what that means. Its either in the game or its not. not too much stronger doesnt really mean anything. They said that about Delta force and in the end it was the strongest amount of skill based matchmaking i ever witnessed. where you went from playing vs npcs to 20 minutes wait times only to get into a lobby with the best players ont he planet and you were only allowed to play the best weapon in the game or else you go 0 - 20. since its in the game apparently i probably will pass on this one
I’ve been in the BF Labs playtests and can confirm there’s a scoreboard but it was not working smoothly. Especially when trying to check it during a match it would flash up but not stay on screen. End of round it worked.
During the MP reveal with streamers I’ve seen several streamers open the scoreboard mid game and it already looked better than my BF Labs experience. So it might have already been improved in the Beta build.
