I believe this is correct. It would be my last resort but my bank is pretty good when it comes to support. As long as I’ve provided sufficient evidence they’re usually good even if the merchant disputes. As for my EA account I’m not sure I much care for it anymore as well as the older games on it that I don’t play anymore. It’s really difficult to want to fight to play these games when I don’t have much time to play them in the first place.
however, I do like ensure the company feels it in someway so that way other people may have a better experience in the future and keep standards where they should be. As small as it may seem.
