Xbox Hard Crashing/Shutting Off While Playing BF6

Seems the xbox hard crash issue is still present in the full game, Any idea on what causes it / how to fix it? Its only on battlefield 6 i have this problem so im wary of a hardware issue but seems...

I'm new to EA, can you please explain how to make a ticket? I'm definitely going to do that also because battlefield is the only game I've ever had this problem with
