This has been happening to me since launch. I followed the instructions on what to do and even reinstalled the game without the HD packs and it just froze twice, once back to the homepage and once completely shut down the xbox. Mostly on conquest but its happening on all game modes. I was skeptical about buying an EA product since the SW Battlefront game, and yep, should have saved my money. EA hopefully now will get rid of the horrible testing now that they are privately owned, maybe they will care more about releasing a stable product, especially for consoles.

I spoke too soon its just crashing again constantly- making my point clear its the game and not the console- people need to stop blaming peoples consoles when its the game

And overheating is not a good reason. Today it happened twice after I turned the console on for 5 minutes. Some of the maps are really bad and I think cause the crashing. Going to check those off my available. This is an increasing problem and I think its server related and could be a network issue. It is not a hardware issue.

Same problem here. Everytime I join a match, after selecting a class, the screen goes black on my Xbox X. I can play perfectly any other game except for this. My consolé has only 3 years so I’m quite sure is not my consolé after reading this and many other posts flagging this issue. My friend is playing the game on a Xbox S older than mine without problems. It only happens to some of us and is game related. They should solve that problem but we need more visibility. I’m flagging this issue on twitter to the developers but we should join forces so they fix this problem.

yep crashed three times in less than an hour. Done until theres a fix. Its obviously a server issue. Why would there be a game that's populated with bots on the weekend?

If the crashing is caused by game issues or server issues. Why is there Xbox players posting gameplay videos on YouTube of them playing all day long without crashing?

This is a very strange issue to be sure. I have two Xbox's and one plays the game just fine but the other one presents this same issue. It just shuts off randomly within an hour, sometimes resetting, other times black screen.
I'm starting to think that this may well be a hardware issue as I can't think why one can play the game and the other cannot. Both consoles were purchased at the same time and both have been looked after well. If it is just server issues why does it affect only one of the consoles?

I have a series X. The first few days of the Beta were fine but once they opened it up nothing but crashes.
They won't even acknowledge it so I ain't buying it.

Recently purchased battlefield 6 this week. I cannot play one game before it dash boards my game. I read forums and recommended some things, Network NAT type, DNS settings, Changed manual ports, checked my TV setting for display and refresh rate, the console is clean, I have deleted and re downloaded the game 4 different times, wired vs wireless internet, I have deleted my account from the console and added it back. Deleted saved data, cleared cache, blue ray persistent storage clear, lowered in game graphics, changed display from 4k, 1080p, 720p. I have also played with deleting the hd packs and single player packs as others have suggested and no luck. Im probably forgetting some things I tried. But its unplayable

Very weird..i play daily on XSX have never experienced a crash or shutdown.
Almost sounds like a thermal issue. O recently opened and cleaned mine as it sounded like a jet engine....after cleaning it's super silent
