XP boosters should only countdown in game. #suggestion
it is slightly frustrating that it can take 5 minutes or more between games and the very limited XP boosters we get countdown while waiting for games to start, changing loadout, utilizing the latrine, etc. I think it would be a lot nicer if the XP boost timers only applied in gameplay.
