Is this a support? I've been tryin to resolve my issue. First via CHAT, I met unqualified people there. Then, email customerexperience @ ea .com, the same. Even worse bots. Or just dead people without any soul, blinded by corporate sh#t, that don't care about others.

Great job EA.
