Enable Windows Memory Integrity (HVCI - Hypervisor-protected Code Integrity)

Pretty much what it says: enable Windows Memory Integrity (HVCI - Hypervisor-protected Code Integrity) so that we can get a hacker free game. I don't care about 5% to 15% performance drop, most people won't. Just enable it and the game will be 99% hacks free.
