(Feedback) Using medical kit on oneself when pressing the button

Basically, the only way to use a medkit on yourself is to throw it, and often the medkit ends up being thrown away or another player catches it . It would be interesting to press the button on the medkit to use it on yourself. I think that was possible in BF5.
