Not launching, error DirectX function

DirectX function "D3D12CreateDevice" failed with HR:
0x8870003 (FAILURE, Facility= UNKNOWN, Code= 3). GPU:
"NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti", Driver: 58097

I tried everything, turned everything on, even reinstalled Windows and nothing helps.
