BF6 Stutter and high-latency-like gameplay

Since the 1.1.3.0 Winter Offensive Update my gameplay experiënce has been a lot worse. I play the game trough the EA app. Before this update I wasn't having any issues, but now the game feels laggy (like I'm playing with high latency) and oftenly gets blurry/ stuttering. Trying to diagnose this myself I noticed the game would use 100% of my CPU, while it normally would use about 60-70%. I found that adding a custom user file would solve the high usage and it does lower the usage to about 80% in my case, but still the game is stuttering.

I noticed BF6 was adressing such problem for low end spec pc's and the problem yet has to be solved (see file attached). I don't have a high end PC by any means, but using a Ryzen 5 5600X, 6750XT and 32GB RAM I wouldn't regard this as low end either, this even seems to be above the recommended specs. 

Therefore, I don't really know what the problem is at this moment and I was wondering if someone could help me.
