Hit register and lag issues

This is scandalous. How can you allow yourselves to create a game where in multiplayer the result mainly depends on the amount of lag? I have the latest equipment and excellent internet connection, and somehow the hit registry and other lag related issues keep on popping up. Fix the hit register or give me my money back. Unbelievable.
