5.11 Engineer Skin Codes Expired Early

Hey all, just got to vent a little or find further input to resolve this issue quickly. I have received my 5.11 redemption code from the retailer and input the code into the redeem portion of EA Games website only to receive a message saying the code has expired. The expiration date listed on the code is tomorrow 05/12/2026. Why am I being told the code has expired when clearly today is still 05/11/ 2026?
