8 days still can't play.

It's been 8 days since I purchased the game and can't connect or stay connected. I've done every troubleshooting option possible for a PS5. I've put in repeated tickets with no response except for when I mentioned getting a refund, then all of a sudden a chat agent responded and basically said nothing we can do, their working on it. Guess they didn't realize they were about to sell millions of copies for a game and people would actually try to play. Nothing like being prepared!
