Account appears permanently offline to friends, cannot be invited to games

This issue started happening after my account was suspended for 3 days for “inappropriate content”. I’m still not sure why my account was suspended because my appeal was not addressed (#225629151 still open btw) but that’s beside the point.

Ever since this happened, my account appears offline to anyone on my friends list. This has made it so friends cannot join on me, and they cannot invite me to their games.

So to recap: I was banned from a $75 game without any reason, my appeal couldn’t even be addressed by an ai chat bot within the 3 day suspension I was given, and now my account is glitching as a result.

Same here. got a 7 days suspension and now my friends can't join me or accept any invite

3 dan ban and game rank shows zero friends unable to join me errors when i try i to join them or vice versa so EA as i asked support to fix this today and its not im taking you to fair trading in NSW. i got no report or this ban or email warning and ill be expecting a full refund .
i’d like to add your support are entirely useless and incompetent after opening 3 cases with them .
i’m on annual leave from my work and you ruined the time i wanted to spend gaming with friends .
i went and bought Arc raiders today a far better game than your pile of Junk BF6 where you get bans with zero warnings and when the bans passed you have broken that persons account !!

no wonder your player count is dropping with BS like this going on
