Account appears permanently offline to friends, cannot be invited to games

This is what there useless support said and the reason it happens " Some time due to ban server desync with the account. I hope this will back to normal when you check your account few hours later."

so in other words EA quick to ban accounts with out investigating first and then when it does the BAN is longer due to account errors.
