Account is disabled

My account has been disabled and i havent used it since the battlefield 6 beta when i log on to the ea website it says i have no penalties or appeals so why have i been disabled when i have done anything.

Now im trying to log in to battlefield redsec and i get the same message i have emailed this problem quite a few days ago and nothing is being done to help me.

What do i do or how do i go about getting into my account so i can play?

maybe ur account is too old? did u use it in 1-2 years:? cuz my account too disabled but i use it last time in 2020/

I used my account a couple of months ago when the battlefield 6 beta cane out and i use it on my nfs so how is it disabled and i cant change it and supoort is no help at alk because i keep getting transferred to a new agent and they keep sending otps but i cant do anything with it
