When I opened Battlefield 6 for the first time on PC, a message appeared saying my account was restricted, even though I hadn't opened it for the first time (I have it on PS5, but this is my first time on PC, and I wanted to try RedSec). I played the beta on this same PC, so there shouldn't be any problem. I tried contacting EA's wonderful support, but it's impossible to get through to a human being; it's just a page redirecting you to another page. I've attached a screenshot, which also shows my ban history is clean, so I don't have any appeals to make.
Edit: I can play on PS5, the problem is on PC where apparently my account is "Restricted"

Same problem as other users: I bought the game on PS5 and want to play RedSec on PC, but I'm getting the same error.
