Has anyone else been sitting in lobbies for hours waiting on a game??

There has been about two weeks now that I will join a lobby just too sit and wait just too play a game of duos and there is nothing that I can do I have tried Uninstaller and reinstalled closing the game and re launching it clearing my cache everything I can physically do. I tried too write ea and they ran me through the clear cache and then just disconnected this was a great game but it seems it's just a lobby simulator now
