Account Verification
I started up Battlefield 6 on my Xbox Series X and got child account verification message. I didn't get a solution chatting with Microsoft and EA support. I decided to unlink my Xbox account and link it again to see if it would reset some setting. When I tried to link my account I got a message saying my account is linked to an EA account with an EA email address. I tried EA support again and was told to download the EA app on my computer. Then log in through Xbox and go from there. When I tried to log in I got a message saying to verify my child account. I do not get that message when logging in through the browser. The support agent wouldn't tell me how logging in with the app would fix my issue. Does anyone know how I can get my Xbox account unlinked from whatever EA account it's currently linked to?
