After every game/session, I was forced to wait 4 seconds

In S4, If I exit a match, I have to wait about 4 seconds for the menu options in the “Play” interface to appear. However, if during those 4 seconds I click on another interface (like “Equipment”) and then switch back to the “Play” interface, the wait is instantly skipped.

If that’s the case, what’s the point of having this 4-second waiting time in the first place?​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
