Aim down sights makes you snap 180° (Controller Issue PS5)

Aiming Down Sights Causes 180° Spin onPS5

Whenever I aim down sights, my character abruptly spins roughly 180 degrees. This happens consistently and makes the game unplayable. Hip fire works normally, but the moment ADS is triggered, the camera violently snaps or spins. This only happens after I take my first shot. The second shot usually produces the spin.

Troubleshooting Ive Tried:

Adjusted sensitivity and dead zones

Reset controller settings to default

Tried different controllers

Restarted game and the PS5

Disabled aim assist entirely 

Issue persists after all steps unfortunately. 

Additional Notes:

This only occurs when aiming down sights after a second shot. Movement and hip fire camera control are normal. Feels like an input or sensitivity scaling bug tied specifically to ADS.
