I used to be able to message EA support about it, but magically the button that took you to someone is no longer on the page (not that it actually seemed to help).  I figured this would have been fixed by now, otherwise I would have refunded the game.

It's been 2 months.  Multiple chats with the EA support staff.  Lots of repeated "fixes".  Still have the exact same issue.

It did nothing.

I was able to play 3 days in a row, Tues, Wed, Thurs.  But every time Friday/Saturday hits and I try, this error always happens.  Most of the time it goes away come Monday night or Tuesday after noon.

Same exact issue - I did a TON of troubleshooting over the course of 3 days. It is some sort of bug in Javelin's routing that is causing a DNS timeout, and when that happens the game drops your network connection immediately. In my case it shuts off my entire network and I have to disable my Ethernet card and restart it.

This is me preemptively posting about my issue yet again.

My issue is I cannot log into the game from Friday until Monday after 6pm EST.  I'm unsure of when it begins on Friday as I'm at work whenever it happens.

Come Monday at 6pm, I'm able to log in and play BF6 perfectly fine until the following Friday.  This can't be anything on my end, I've tried all the support things and even tried another internet connection.

I have been able to play since launch day BUT today I’m receiving this error and have spent 4 hrs trying to be able to play.  Get put in a QUEUE someti,mes with 0 people and then the error code appears again. HELP! 

Played the last 2 days just fine.  Tried to go on just now (Thursday, Jan 22, 9:55pm EST)  Getting the error again.

Game is fun when it works, which seems to be only 2 days a week now.

Not even any acknowledgement about this issue which makes it worse.
