Got on today for the first time in months and everything is gone. My play history is wiped and everything is locked and it says I’m rank 1 with no stats. Tried everything including uninstalling and redownloading and it isn’t fixed. Any help would be great.
Can confirm I’m logged into my account. I have seen others say they had this issue but it resolved itself upon playing; however I have tried playing and nothing has fixed and it’s treating it as if I’m just now playing. I looked on battlefield tracker and I can see my old progress but it also shows my name a second time with the new progress.

Battlefield 6 progress is stored through your EA Account, so please first make sure your Xbox account is still linked to the same EA Account you previously used to play.

Please avoid unlinking or relinking any accounts for now, as making account-linking changes could make the situation more complicated.
