Appeal History:

• First appeal: Denied with template response
• Second appeal: Denied again without specific evidence provided

My Requests:

1. Please consider the unique environment of internet cafés (shared IP, shared hardware) as a potential cause of false positive
2. Request manual review by a human investigator instead of automated processing
3. If violation occurred, please provide specific evidence (timestamp, behavior log, detected software, etc.)

I understand the importance of anti-cheat measures, but please also understand the player's situation. I paid to play at an internet café and got banned due to environmental factors—this is unfair to loyal players.
