Amour takes 0 damage

After the winter update I’ve been facing this issue. Whilst plated up (Armour applied) I get shot and the damage goes straight to my health. missing out the amor like I have none applied.  Is there any fix to this yet as I’ve searched and can’t find anyone reporting the same issue.
