Support 1 Challenge stuck

My Support 1 challenge is stuck specifically the heal teammates part, it has been stuck at 2200/5000 ever since the game has launched, I did my best and tried everyway possible to fix it but to no success, I'm playing on PS5. Please help, I main support and I can't unlock more gadget vecause of this bug which ruins my experience.
