Same issue here and it’s we going for 2 days never heard of such an ongoing issue in a game 

Guess they changed to Global code to a new code so people would stop holding them accountable for releasing a broken game yet again. Does anybody know how to get a refund? This game is trash, this developer is trash and for the most part, the majority of the community is trash. Bunch of sweaty, unemployed, immature clowns made enough noise for the Devs to eliminate a huge portion of the fan base that don't want to get in a multi-player lobby and play against a bunch of people that already have the best weapons kitted out. Its not competition or fairness they seek. They want to keep the only advantage they have to make them feel relevant in life. News Flash cupcakes....its a video game. "Getting Good" isn't going to get you out of your mom's Basement.

I filed for a refund as well and was told they won't do it. I feel like this is a false advertisement issue as well. There was only a TINY, TINYYYYYYYYYY, group of people that were "XP farming" on portal. There was more servers filled with players just trying to enjoy a PvE solo/co-op experience and they never planned to take anything they gained from Portal co-op to the official EA hosted servers to begin with.

They could have easily gave Official servers and portal a separate unlocking system, but instead they removed a core advertisement from the game because they already had our money and refuse to give out refunds to those who bought their game on THAT promise.

Tiny group? Lol the servers have been clogged full for weeks, full of bot grinders, couldnt host a private server for me and a few friends to practice or play for fun.  But believe it or not there were tons of people grinding bots for xp, and you can still gain player xp just not weapon xp, but there are still people trying to do challenges in bot lobbies

I agree they take out all the solo xp gain. And they seem to be making it worse wtf. 

I am not sure if thats the actual reason. I had another error message (I can't remember exactly what it said) but that made sense to be caused by not having available servers. I now get the same error as described here (undefined error) and that even at times during the day where I had no problems in the last days. So I actually don't think it is due to them not having any available servers.

I could fix the problem. I had this message only when I wanted to host an experience. I just republished the experience in the portal and that fixed the issue. Just in case someone is experiencing the same.

Yeah, this is crap.  I just wanted a server with no snipers, shotguns, or vehicles.  Just strictly gun warfare.  This was a couple of days ago, and I still can't publish.  EA went out of their way to make a lengthy YouTube video to show us the Portal as an advertisement scheme.  Now everyone I talk to, or I see online are having issues playing what they create.  I'm glad I got the game through EA Plus, this isn't going to last long for me.
