REDSEC Playlist Not Appearing In Main Menu

REDSEC is missing from my menu/UI on one specific EA account. I can still join and play REDSEC through party invites from friends, but the playlist does not appear when playing solo.

Important:

Other accounts on the same PC can see REDSEC normallyI already tried reinstalling, repairing files, clearing cache, deleting settings/profile files, and resyncingThe issue only affects my accountAccess/entitlement still works through invites

This appears to be an account-specific playlist visibility or matchmaking discovery bug rather than a local install issue.

If anyone else has the same problem, please upvote/comment so EA can investigate.

Hello everyone who installed the Season 3 update, it seems the update wasn't fully completed. After launching the game on my Xbox Series X, there's no RedSec option available. Please don't be so clever as to ask me if I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, because I've tried everything. Now it's your turn to check. Thank you.

I appear to have the same issue too - I've tried reinstalling the game, relinking my account etc, all to no avail. The only tabs I have currently are bulletin, multiplayer, ranked, portal and campaign.

For whatever reason I can access the remaining tabs via my console version, just not on pc through steam.

So you run the game via steam? I run it with the ea app and have the same problem.. recently switched from ps5 to pc and cant play on my own anymore. Can only play ranked, normal playlist only via invites. On my ps5 its fine. Also my rank from the ranked playlist has been resetted while switching to pc.

Yeah been running it through steam. I’ve tried reinstalling redsec / redsec textures with no effect. As you’ve said I’ve been able to access the modes but only when playing with a friend. Not sure if it’s worth downloading it through the ea website or smth. Hope they can fix it soon.

Hi guys, I just got a new PC I installed the game on both Steam and EA. Both times the Redsec isn't showing in the menu. I only see Ranked, I already repaired the game files also.

Were you able to find a solution?

Hi guys, I just got a new PC and wanted to play Redsec but the option is missing from Main Menu. I can see Ranked. I have already installed and repaired game files, the Redsec option is checked. I have tried it on both Steam and EA and same problem.

Please help, I see the full menu available on my PS5 but not on PC.
