An Undefined Error Occurred
Error code: 0:89001S:16C:-13561655840
PlayStation 5, UK.
I have been unable to access the game for 3 days now having previously not having any issues with access. I’m unable to get past the start screen before the main menu as I get the “an undefined error occurred” error message over and over again.
I have seen and replied to other posts relating to the same or similar issue confirming the issue is not me alone. I am yet to see a reply from EA regarding this particular matter providing a solution that works.
The troubleshooting steps I have taken:
- Restarting the game
- Restarting the PS5 console in safe mode to clear the cache
- Restarted the router
- Changed DNS settings
- Switched between wired and wireless internet connection - gigabit
- Switched to my mobile hotspot wifi
- Checked EA account is adult - yes
- Added 2FA to EA account
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the game
- Restored license
Please EA can you provide solution to this problem.
